Depending on your branch you can get alot of overtime.

Cons

As a trainee some managers don’t really understand that you are a trainee and can’t do certain things at the branch, because corporate has certain expectations too.

I like working here and I love my work family. There is a lot of chances to move up- there are issues like any work place but ultimately I like my job and will stay.

Cons

I really think they try to stall the raise process as long as possible.
