It is an interesting pt population to work with.

Cons

dangerous environment. worked alone-behind iron doors controlled remotely, with felons/murderers etc. Nursing management was hostile. Clinic was not professionally maintained. Revolving door for most employees. A lot of inner-clinic drama. On call 1/2 month-providers are called for everything, all hours. NP expected to see same load as MD but with no nurse.
