      a lot opportunities for growth, great people to work, a solid support team at facility support center

      Cons

      Facility Leadership (Administrative Duty Officer (ADO)/ Executives don't care about lower level. They say that they care and have passion thru words, but not thru action. Most of the time they are busy with their phone and don't even notice that you are there and saying hello to them. There is no thru connection between the leadership and line staff.

      Dangerously Understaffed

      Reliable benefits and a steady check.

      Cons

      Dangerously understaffed. Officer safety is not a priority. Mandated overtime every week. 16 hour shifts with an hours notice that you had to stay over.
