Pros

You make it the most of it

Cons

No respect for new hires, and the higher ups never talk to their staff, lack of respect all around. Overtime is ridiculous, working 12 to 16 hr shifts 6 days a week, and when you call off for being sick you have to make it up on your day off. Pay wasn't that good. Favoritism, a lot of conflicts of interest. Cliques.

Cons

Poor communication, no regards for employee welfare, or security issues - no interest in improving management / staff relationship- loss of vacation time for many of the lower echelon employees
