Pros

Job security, co-workers, overtime available, career advancement, the onsite managers and trainers, HR

Cons

Seems under staffed, even when "fully staffed" You will be put in situations you are not trained for from day one of training. I was left without a trainer, man down button, or walkie in chow on my first day of training (as a clerk). No one would have heard me or seen me if anything happened.
