Benefits, pay and great location to work in.

Cons

The facility needs more nursing staff. It's a great company but it would be beneficial to have more nurses as the population requires more care than prior years. There are not many options to advance career-wise.

Lying Exec. Staff-lack of spine to customer - extremely long hours - no respect for you - don’t care about the staff. Private company making money off contracts and the people that work for them.
