Pros

Good pay, up to 80 hours of overtime in a pay period.

Cons

Administrative staff is mostly lies and politics, very little support. Good consistent officers are held to a higher standard and burnt out. Bad officers are catered to.

Working in a detention center, safety is the #1 priority for everyone who works there.

Cons

It's a six weeks process to get officially hired on with all the background checks and verification of all documents.
