Lots of unexpected, mandatory overtime, so you will make more than the base pay rate.

We are treated like inmates! The good pay isn't worth being treated this way! Currently looking for a new job!

Pay is good that is all.

Cons

They will treat you like a criminal! They spend more time trying to catch their employees doing something wrong than actually taking care of/watching the inmates. Corrupt management. PTO is HORRIBLE. Forced overtime. Understaffed and they don't care. I've never been treated more poorly as an employee! RUN RUN RUN away from this company. They try to make up for their bad treatment with an occasional pizza/coffee/ hot dog etc... event. I also experienced a whole lot of reverse racism.
