Pros

The company sells Colocation, a resilient product

Cons

AMT culture is infiltrating CoreSite and there's little pushback from leadership. I'd advice to stay away until CoreSite becomes independent or gets bought out by another company.

Company is a lost soul

Pros

They pay market rates. Freedom to try to do things but no real direction. For example, the systems in place were created 5 years or so ago with no real improvements.

Cons

Management has no clue on how to lead and manage a company. 10+ executives have been hired/fired in the last year. CEO is volatile in meetings.
