Pros

There are many smart people who you can learn from. Most members of my team are great to work with.

Cons

Silo mentality among teams when each team does not care what others are doing, and then when things break, people freak out. Layoffs after layoffs, and the funny thing is that they let go of people who actually work and keep all of the directors around. There are too many directors and senior managers but only a few people could bring anything valuable to the table. The rest just talk, talk, and talk. They said layoffs were necessary for the company to be efficient but they have many offsites when they could just zoom instead. Who doesn't like free travel and fancy dinners right?

Pros

Good co-workers, and the ability to work remotely.

Cons

Basically a tech sweat shop. Salaried employees expected to work OT to keep up with the daily workload, for no additional pay. Pay is very low compared to similiar sized orgs. Benefits are bleh. Company is cheap when it comes to salaries, benefits, tools, training, tools, etc. New management is said to be better than the previous management, so things may get better.
