Pros

You can learn new, relevant, and useful technologies. Has a culture of learning in your free time, they give you the resources (not a great thing if you want a relaxed job).

Cons

Very much a non-diverse workplace, gender-wise. Non-existent social life, very little to no team bonding, very work-oriented culture. You come in, do your work, chat to a friend at lunch, work, and go home.

- Some good and fun staff to work with. - Get to use latest technologies and learn about them

Cons

- Top-level management are poor - Teamwork is non-existent, everyone watches their own back as blame-culture is affluent. - Unrealistic working hours without any bonuses.
