      Pros

      The people and the new management. Finally have a management team that is listening and making changes to better the company. I really feel like we are headed in the right direction.

      Cons

      Still working a lot of overtime but I believe this will get better.

      Pros

      There are a lot of great people who work really hard to make the month every month. They give up their weekends and holidays so the people in the offices can have their bonuses when the year ends.

      Cons

      Senior management rotates out about every 2-3 years, management doesn't listen to the little guy but has no problem working him to death, can't seem to fix the supply chain, doesn't provide pay raises like they say they're going to, if you speak up you get a target put on your back

      The people I worked with in the warehouse were really nice and willing to help you out if you needed it.

      Cons

      Dealing with HR,management does not have your back.
