Work with intelligent people on worthwhile projects, decent pay, great work environment

Cons

Wasn't as much opportunity to move up in research position, although I wasn't looking to stay long.

Pros

They have good student health care, and it's a beautiful place to work and be.

Cons

Parking is atrocious. Undergrads make things frustrating but I suppose that's true on any college campus.
