Pros

The people you work with are for the most part intelligent and engaging. Everyone is willing to help answer questions. The vision for the project holistic and idealistic.

Cons

At some points there was a lack in direction. People kept missing various deadlines and at several points there was an apparent lack of communication between departments.

Pros

Flexibility, independence, intrinsic rewards, prestige

Cons

Pay could be better. It would be nice if opportunities for growth were distributed better. Now it seems like the same people are asked to do more and mor. There are more talented people not receiving challenges.
