License to create course and work with students how I saw appropriate. Students are also committed to performing well.

Cons

Micromanagement was a small issue from overseeing staff.

Pros

great team, rigorous training. people were helpful and approachable. they also value life out of work and is a great place to work.

Cons

too far from many things as the place in in the middle of nowhere. People used to city life or the subway may not be used to the environment.
