Pros

Cornell offers competitive compensation packages as compared other top tier institutions. Work environment is also welcoming and enjoyable. Additionally, summertime outdoor is fanatic.

Cons

Ithaca which is where Cornell University is located is a small town. When school is out of session it is more like a ghost. However, it could be bearable if you have a clique of friends or family
