Pros

Good benefits, pretty generous time off (once you've accrued enough) and great places to eat/explore if you work on campus.

Cons

You will feel like a small fish in a large pond. This is a corporation and the small employees don't matter. Some offices are really flexible and employee minded while others are not, so it really depends on what manager you have how your experience will be.
