Taught monthly classes for GMs, Assistant Manager and Shift Supervisor to work on coaching and development from within. Went over financials, guest service and budgets to help managers understand.

Cons

After Covid company was sold to new management and they no longer invest in good quality training to employees and managers to move up.

It was a good introduction into the fast-casual dining arena.

Cons

Personally, I felt there was a lack of HR knowledge/presence in the store. I saw hazing, gaslighting; just a general lack of empathy amongst management and hourly employees.
