My division got sold - Glad to be gone from Cornerstone

Pros

They had a good vacation/sick day policy. (good work/life balance) Decent 401k match. Fair base salary.

Cons

Terrible health insurance options. They even took away the Wellness Program which saved participants HUNDREDS of dollars per year. They let go of too many people to save their bottom line, now nobody left can make decisions. After my division was sold, we ended with a one-week Cornerstone pay (normal was bi-weekly pay). They did not prorate any benefit deductions. They pocketed the rest. They made record profits and still took away bonus program. Leadership is too "woke".

Friendly team members and excellent benefits. Great pay and no weekends. Excellent learning company to get your b2b experience. Plenty of companies merged together to create Cornerstone.

Cons

Barely promoting internal. Great company if you are around Great people. Pay increases are minimum. No commissions for sales coordinator just small bonuses.
