      no real pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      C suite is only interested in their bonus and lacks integrity. Overall lack in understanding the business and is close minded. Private equity runs the company and not interest in the wellbeing of the employees.

      They were purchased by a huge Corporation and closed all plants.
