Pros

Pay is decent. Depending on the department you work in, you can get plenty of hours. Good insurance benefits.

Cons

Upper-level management tends to pressure employees to be more concerned with production rather than quality and safety. Training procedures have poor standardization. Some departments go a little overboard with OT for those who have families.
