Pros

Good benefits and locations in areas with low costs of living.

Cons

Literally the dumbest C-level executives you could possibly have. It started with the Chief HR officer, then the CEO and it spiraled down from there. It is also EXTREMEY political. At least they fired the CEO but the new one put in place by CD&R is older and marginally engaged despite his track record. Chief HR officer openly admits all promotion opportunities go outside first. You better like what you do because you are not getting promoted no matter how you perform. Most experienced people have left because of this and now, the company is in total disarray. I made a lot of money there during the NCI days when they were growing. But CD&R is running the show now and it is all about cash in their pockets. Just look at the stock performance. It tells you all you need to know.
