Pros

Worked at the corporate Houston office and loved it. People at the company usually stick around for a long time which is a good sign. I wanted to stay with the company but was re-locating out of state, it's unfortunate. Great place to work though.

Cons

Not many I can think of at the moment.

The new Cornerstone Building Brands leadership team is truly focused on making this a great place to work! They have taken the time to understand the challenges of the past and are working to create a culture of integrity, teamwork and open communication. It's been less than a year since the merger and I can already see a positive difference!

Cons

Benefits could be better, but the good news? Leadership team is working on that too!

The company is constantly evolving, which provides lots of room for new opportunities and growth. During the time I've worked here, I have been able to carry projects from ideas to implementation. There is good support from direct supervisors and coworkers are smart, friendly, and fun to work with. The pay is competitive.
