      -Job Flexibility -Not much else right now,

      Cons

      -Incentive bonus program makes sense if you're only going to be there one year. Don't know anyone making bonus on the window side. -Pushing out veteran people leaders and bringing in back stabbers only interested in data. -Operational nightmare -I don't know any sales folks that aren't looking for other options.
