Opportunity if you are willing to bend over backwards for managements sake.

Cons

Management doesnt care about needs. Back door conversations end up having more effect than direct conversation. Was left to dry because no one had interest in dealing with an off shift. Supervisors are put in place and not expected to work the shift they allegedly oversee.

It was a fun rewarding job where I was given autonomy to build out a team and had excelent resources to be training and coached ot excellence.

Cons

Rapid growth scared away customers during multiple brand transitions.

Worked there over 15 years and was never able to really move up because my bosses enjoyed that I did their jobs. One of them told me, thanks for the raise... I didn't get one
