      Benefits and vacation time are decent

      Leadership has no idea what is going on. The people who used to be in charge were from within the industry but now all the “leaders@ are from other industries and have no idea what is going on. If you contact 10 people who work here you will find that at least 7-8 of them want out. Was promoted to VP and then immediately demoted with no explanation.

      The benefits are very helpful, dental and medical health are very nice to have Some relationships could become lifelong

      Cons

      They will work you until you have nothing left and then throw you aside like you didn't give your all. The expectations are way too high and being human isn't a good enough excuse
