      Due to high turnover rate there are a lot oof internal job opportunities.

      Cons

      Quality of products and customer service is extremely poor. This makes it difficult to excel as a sales rep within the organization. They run too lean in regard to head count hence poor quality and poor customer service.

      Benefits are good Steady work Good hours Reliable income A good company to work with, has big plans for growth and is willing to invest in its people, i would recommend the company

      Cons

      Current management is lacking in professionalism and has a very closed-door environment, but that will change and improve as you go, As always each person will have different experiences and I highly recommend giving them a try.
