Pros

The team is playful. They make the workplace bearable, some individuals are very understanding and willing to help you out. No mistake is too hard to fix, it is about the experience that I learn through mistakes. I did learn a lot here. Busy seasons usually last for 7-8 months, which will give you 60 hours a wee (20 hours count toward OT1.5x)

Cons

Well, some other people are bossy. Got some people who have been there for x0 years, and all of them want me to listen to their orders. If you work well for a certain position, be prepared to be stuck in that position, with no chance for advancement at all. There is a sign-on bonus, but otherwise, no bonus at all.
