The management is not so great. The manager would talk about his shop employees in front of me and my coworker. I always feared that my coworker would try to get me fired if she didn't like something I did. She was a very high strung woman. She ran the management. Even stating that she got the girl before me fired. I started as a temp and when I was hired on I had to go through another probationary period. I also did not receive a raise after being hired on I was offered as much as my temp position. I would work until finished with all paperwork so from 9am till about 7-9pm.
