      Loved the team, everyone is more than willing to help you learn how to succeed in your role.

      Cons

      2022 took away bonuses, during the 1st year of pandemic (2020) they didn't provide raises and cut OT opportunity (approx 4 months). And they tolerate bad behavior from customers that contradicts our guidelines, making the team more stressed to deliver on promises we never made.
