      the job is easy but the people is the problem

      -2 days on 3 days off -its hot during the summer -well trained operators

      Cons

      -No bonus check -strict on our PTO( We have to work certain amount of hours to get a full day off and that could take like 2 weeks or more ever since we've been owned by Cornerstone windows. - Their owned by cornerstone so we longer get any bonus checks anymore.
