      Pros

      Cornerstone is such an great place to work. The company really believes in its employees. I have always been offered the opportunity to learn, grow, and expand my position. Although I work from home, which is another great PRO, everyone that I am in contact with on a daily basis is friendly, fun to work with, and extremely helpful. I can't imagine working anywhere else!!

      Cons

      There are really no cons about Cornerstone. There will always be one issue or another at all work places. Management at Cornerstone really seems to care and want to help you work through any issue might arise.

      Pros

      I love how much the company not only cares for their borrowers but cares for their employees. Everyone has a voice and the company as whole fosters support and growth. The education i have received and training was excellent. Having little to no experience prior, i received the tools, education, and support i need led to quickly become quick and efficient. Also, I have never felt so appreciated by any other employer.

      Cons

      The challenges I face are from my own personal lack of experience and knowledge. Every day is a new learning experience, but I would encourage the support teams/helpdesks to be more patient and educational so they explain not just the 'how' but the 'why.'
