      Pros

      The culture here is quite great, especially in the corporate office. This is the one of the nicest environments that I have been in regarding recognition, the appreciation of work-life-balance, and the company giving back to you. I enjoy this HR department as well, all parties love what they do. I do appreciate the echoed sentiment of accountability as well - a notion many companies are lacking.

      Cons

      It would be nice to have access to skills training via Cornerstone. An example would be the platform Percipio - this would allow team members to grow without hurting their pockets. The spousal exclusion for insurance is not my favorite (though not the end of the world); however, may change as the company grows.
