      Pros

      Flexible hours / great team of people / long time employees that have been with the company since it started - very knowledgeable & experienced personnel in every department Work out of my house is biggest pro

      Cons

      As a seasoned employee, i think of the big picture and how every department is affected by certain decisions made and sometimes the big picture is overlooked.

      By far the best company i have ever worked for. Becoming a part of the cornerstone family is the best career move i have ever made!

      Pros

      An awesome company to work for! Not only are you provided with the training to do your job efficiently, you're surrounded with people that make that process enjoyable. Wouldn't have that any other way!

      Cons

      Working with multiple personalities (aaaghhhh) but that's to be expected. When the pros outweigh the cons you know you're at the right place!! :)
