Throughout the 7 years I have been a team member, I am most impressed by the Quality of my team mates, our managers, and leadership team. Everyone is approachable, open, and respectful.

Cons

Due to the hybrid work environment, I think the most difficult thing is that I cannot always put a face to a name.
