      Pros

      Cornerstone has continued to grow over the past several years, with the acquisition of Roscoe Bank, we are growing our commercial and retail banking as well as continuing to stay steady in our mortgage lending division. Our servicing team is incredible and really ramping up our portfolio. Our mindset on remote work allows us to find top talent regardless of where they are in the US, creating a competitive and innovative team, poised to help us grow!

      Pros

      The company's commitment to our Mission, Vision and especially our Core Convictions is very important to me. Making decisions based on these elements allows for integrity, consistency and growth. I do love our Think and Grow and Town Hall meetings; they bring knowledge and insight to us.
