Lot of tenure at the company, operations forward company, lots of support and ability to go to management with inquires. Your experience will depend on what branch you are at and working with what loan officer team as they can vary, but over all the company tries to do well by their employees. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Not competitive on rates, makes it hard to compete with other companies. New loan software system is not easy to work with.
