Worst R&D I have ever seen No recognition if you don't play theatrics Company is milked really hard by PE firm Politics and backstabbing are standard practice Re-org every 12-18 months but nothing change anyways

Your observations of Cornerstone are certainly not the experiences we want our Cornerstars to have. It seems there may have been instances where you were not recognized for your contributions, or you have provided suggestions for improvement but may not have felt heard – I’m sure there’s other examples as well. If you are comfortable doing so, I encourage you to reach out to the People team or me directly so that we can address your concerns together. - Carina Cortez

Pros

Easy to avoid work and submit code I googled

Cons

I got tired working 3 remote jobs, but the easy money was good. Technology was extremely old, so no learning here even though it's a learning company.

It sounds like your workload has increased and the root cause has not been addressed. It’s not sustainable to feel like you’re working 3 jobs and even more difficult to feel like you might not be heard. That is challenging and I don’t blame you for feeling frustrated. Having said that, pointing to our employees whose first language is not English, or that a certain group of people work harder than others, is not in alignment with our commitment to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging. I encourage you to have a conversation with your manager to determine a productive solution to addressing your needs. - Carina Cortez

Pros

You will have work all the time

Cons

However you work and how much you work, no recognition. No salary increase or no appraisal. Work, work, work nothing else.
