I appreciate you sharing this feedback with us and agree that we there will always be opportunities for improvement in everything we do. I would like to offer up some time for us to discuss your experience if you would be open to it. The People team, like you, is a custodian of our culture and it's incredibly important to me that we provide a positive employee experience especially as we navigate changes. - Carina Cortez

Good company to work in

Pros

Fair salaries. Very good benefits: 21 to 25 vacation days (and non-officially we get extra days as well), retirement plans, food... Hybrid remote-office work, very flexible. We work hard but there are chill friendly vibes in the office.

Cons

Working days: Monday to Friday (although the Israeli weekend is Friday and Saturday) We had additional benefits (not on the contract) that were removed, as the company grows, and budgets are visibly reduced. There are career opportunities, but we see less and less in Tel Aviv, and more in "cheaper" countries, so there are few opportunities locally.

Thank you for sharing specific examples of what makes Cornerstone a great place to work. As the company grows and evolves, it's important to me that we continue to offer a great and consistent employee experience across the world. If you have not already, I encourage you to voice your feedback in our EVP survey as well as to take advantage of development opportunities that are available regardless of location - such as those offered through our gig program. - Carina Cortez
