      Pros

      Bite sized onboarding that seamlessly moves you through what is needed, when it is needed. Incredibly welcoming to new employees. Supportive team willing to help anytime. Fabulous leadership.

      Cons

      No longer offers a 7 week sabbatical after 7 years when it was part of the package when being recruited/time of onboarding.

      Getting worse and worse

      Colleagues and remote work (like 80% of the high tech)

      Cons

      Management is keep on ending employee benefits day by day. We used to have a lots of benefits (like high tech employee around the world, and in 2 years we do not have anything yet ! Company that doesn't care about his employee anymore. 3 days off for summer and they think it's a huge compensation ! Cornerstone has had issues with employee retention in the last years and they continue cutting our benefits. Nobody wants to work for this company anymore, very sad as it was an amazing company.
