Just announced there will be no raises outside of promotions going forward - a clear sign of financial distress, but leadership is trying to paint it as a fiscal responsibility decision. This is in addition to mass layoffs every year. Leadership constantly lies about why they are making the decisions they make. Town Halls/AMA sessions are stacked with shills asking staged questions to manipulate the conversation. Constant chaos with leadership changing direction on a whim. Makes it impossible to effectively support customers. Employees and customers all suffer for it. We're left twisting in the wind trying to implement new processes that are thrown at us with no preparation, then blamed for failing. Customers don't understand what is happening, and neither do we. Utter chaos and misery all around. Please don't even consider working here. There are no career growth opportunities, there is a good chance you would be laid off at the end of next year anyway, and if you do manage to hold on, you will never get a raise. This is a sinking ship, stay away.
