Pros

Great benefits... culture and the amazing dedication and focus from the day you onboard and beyond. This is a company that walks the walk and talks the talk!! The people are amazing and the fast paced culture lends itself to always wanting to learn and drive results.

Cons

No downside at all as this is a company that listens to the employees. Just in theshort time I have been here it is hands down becoming better by the day.

Pros

I’ve been at Cornerstone for about 18 months, and it’s definitely been a positive experience. Over 60% of the company works out of their home, and as a remote employee I appreciate that CSOD supports this business model. While there is definitely a lot of work for everyone, the culture of the company encourages people to manage their day as they see fit which means you can step out during the day if needed or just to take a break (but yeah, sometimes we work long days). With growth there is obvious pain but working for a company that is successful, believes in its culture, and supports its employees is a great place to work. The #1 reason I enjoy it here is because of the people on my team, and the management team I am a part of. We all challenge each other, get things done, and laugh a lot. It’s not perfect, frustrating at times, and there are a million areas for improvement but what job doesn’t come with these things? The reality is that you have to be the right culture fit to work at Cornerstone. If you are comfortable pushing people to get things done, creating a network of internal employees to assist in learning about product/people/process, and are generally relentless in your ability to solve problems in your professional life you will thrive at Cornerstone. If you don’t meet this criteria this is definitely not the place for you.

Cons

Lots of pain because of growth and that has its own set of pros and cons. Process maturity needs work, a single system of record for client management, and better communication across the board.
