      Pros

      CSOD is a fast paced, growing, wonderful place to work! I cannot say enough positive things about it. From a sales perspective, you are given everything you need to be successful (and more). They are all about sales enablement and believe in the spirit of sharing/aka not having to reinvent the wheel - and repeatable processes. I can't imagine anyone taking a job here and then regretting it. The people here truly make the company!

      Cons

      No one is perfect, but Cornerstone strives to be the best they can be. You and your customers will be taken care of and won't feel like just a number. You will work your tail off here but will be well rewarded for it. If you are not a team player and you don't want to work hard, this is not the place to be.
