Companies are consolidating and we don’t offer payroll so there is a value/market fit gap. In addition, new sales leadership is toxic. Unrealistic expectations (to the tune of 40%+ growth in q1 25 vs q1 24). They don’t truly have leaders (at any level) that know how to train, develop and retain employees. Morale is tanking and getting worse daily. We talk about the value of our product but we don’t walk our own walk anymore … and there have been no internal promotions in over a year.
