Thank you for being a Cornerstar; I agree, we have great product and great people! We perform regular market reviews, at least twice a year, which have confirmed we are in line with our pay practices and philosophy. Listening to our employees is of utmost importance which is why we collect feedback via regular pulse and engagement surveys as well as quarterly development conversations; and encourage managers and employees to have regular check-ins as well. I wish you well in your future endeavors and broader career journey. --Carina Cortez

Stay Away! Terrible Middle Management

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Steady paycheck, if you live outside a big city

Cons

Cornerstone brought in new sales leadership that has no idea what they’re doing. Especially with middle management . They are constantly condescending to their employees and individual contributors, as well as gaslighting. New leadership has created a TOXIC work environment that has driven great leaders and reps out of the company. There is also no room for growth and even amongst their top performers, there hasn’t been a raise given in over 5 years.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and I encourage you to share this with your manager/leader. Additionally, my door is open to you as well, please contact me directly to discuss further. With new leadership there does come changes, and the Sales organization is going through much change currently. Michael has been doing a lot of investment in development of the team while encouraging the team to sell in new and different ways. And a great data point to share is that in 2024 the AMER Sales organization had more promotions and internal movement than external hires - we need to do a better job of recognizing these great moments that matter. Again, my door is open to you to discuss further. Thanks --Carina Cortez
