      The positions are fully remote. Unlimited paid time off.

      Cons

      3-15 years ago this was a great place to work. Ever since the new ceo joined he is aquirung companies CSOD can’t afford, cutting jobs because of too many acquisitions, promoting a negative workplace environment and running the company in to the ground.

      Cornerstone has been through significant change, especially in the past few years since being taken private. What's great to see is that in the face of so much change, our engagement scores have remained very consistent. The most recent acquisitions of Talespin and SkyHive have only reinforced our Galaxy vision and our leadership position in Workforce Agility.       Leaders have a long time good vision. WFH is a good option

      Very rigid processes and very low hikes. Data world is very unorganized and no ownerships.
