      Young, fun workplace, great office, opportunities to learn new skills if you prove yourself.

      Cons

      Company has matured and got out of the start up phase. Seeing growing pains cracking at the seams a little bit. More processes being put in place that seems to slow down the pace. Hopefully we don't lose the agility.
