Pros

Flexible schedules. Good base pay for a valet. Tips. Stay busy at most locations. Can do multiple duties (Cashier, Driveway, Traffic Control) Work in a valet office, so you aren't standing outside in the weather for an entire shift.

Cons

Work in all weather conditions. In summer they don't provide adequate rain gear. The raises they provide are typically pretty small. The valet office gets crammed with people on a slow day.
