Low pay, unprofessional people, hostile environment, not very many black people in upper management, no bonuses, receive a raise every other year, inadequate communication, can’t carry over vacation and salaries aren’t competitive

1. They do not do any educational reimbursements.
2. The organizational structure changes very frequently.
3. Accrued vacation time does not roll over to the next year.
