- Decent pay - Genuinely good colleagues at staff-level - Good work life balance - Mostly remote

Cons

- Management only cares about Revenue and gives credit and recognition to themselves - Management follows survival of the fittest and win at all cost mentality. - Employees surveys are a scam, management throws results straight into a deep bin. They are aware of the deep issues and choose to ignore them. - Many employees are quiet-quitters and just do the minimum. - Forget about career opportunities. NONE.
